I normally mail an item the day after being paid, but it can take up-to 11 weeks for a parcel to arrive by surface mail to locations outside Canada and the USA. 

(Unfortunately Canada Post can be slow, please don’t take it out on my DSRs)

If you would like it faster, let me know and I can ship by air at about double the cost for shipping.

Shipments of over $100.00 will need tracking, at additional costs.

Shipments over the 2 kg limit for Canada Post’s small parcel rate are very expensive; it is often cheaper to send multiple packets under the 2 kg rate.

(Don’t forget that packing material weight something too. With larger items, allow 100g per item for this.)

I charge a 75¢ handling fee on single items and 25¢ for each additional item in combinations.

If eBay’s calculations do not work in your area, please contact me for the rate; I do not offer any free shipping.

From past experience the following countries take the longest to arrive: Australia: Brazil; France; Greece; Ireland; Israel; Italy; New Zealand; Spain and Thailand.

On all new and sealed items, I do not take responsibility for manufacturers defects; please contact the appropriate manufacturer for replacement parts.

I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US, Canadian, and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Combinations of wins can be accumulated up-to 30 days or 25 wins for Canadian Customers and 6 wins for others (whichever comes first), after which they must be paid for and shipped. I have settings on eBay that will automatically open an unpaid item case at this time also.

Most of my buyers use combined shipping to save money; here is an example of how much you can save:

1 item of 500g = $7.77 postage  + 75¢ handling = $8.52

5 items of 500g = $7.77 postage + 75¢ for the first item and 25¢ for the other 4 = $9.52!

or

1 item of 2 kg = $32.67 postage + 75¢ handling = $33.42

4 items of 2 kg = $32.67 postage + 75¢ for the first item and 25¢ for the other 3 =

$34.17!

(Canada Post and UPS have break points for delivery rates. For example 100g is the same price as 500g, but 600g to 1 kg is a new rate, so the above is only meant to show possible savings.)

As of October 25, 2010 I will not longer be leaving feedback until feedback on purchases are received. (Prior to this I have left over 2200 for only 656 returned).

Weights are rounded up to the nearest 100g. In combinations total weight may differ from calculated.

I generally do not work on weekends or (Canadian) holidays. Please allow until the next business day for answers to questions.

Important for Canadian Customers: Make sure the 5% GST is on the bill:  EBay has glitches that sometimes fail to add it on. If you pay without the GST it will cause delays as I will need to collect it separately.
