Handing is determined by the side of the window that the handle/fastener is on. ie- if looking at the window from the inside, the handle is situated on the right hand of the window then this is classed as a right hand, and we would supply you 1 left right hande hinge with a restrictor to be mounted at the bottom and 1 left hand unrestricted hinge to be mounted at the top.
