Up for sale is a Chatsworth 16147-054 Proximity Card Reader Module, ELS Electronic Locking System for CPI Cabinets.  It is used surplus property.  The sale includes what's listed in the photos below.  It appears to be used in good condition.  I have no way to test it, but guaranteed to work.  I have other Chatsworth equipment that works together with this that I will be listing separately. 
This does NOT INCLUDE any proximity cards or anything else, just what's shown below in the photos...
