We specialise in European made bike handlebar mounts and car mounting solutions from World renowned companies likes of Herbert Richter, iGrip, Brodit and Fix2Car to name few. Our aim is simple, we offer established brands, choice and goods of the highest quality.

Payment

Immediate payment is required for all transactions. We accept PayPal payments. Credit and debit card payment are also accepted securely through PayPal payment system.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time are dispatched the very same day, excludes weekends, and public holidays. We strongly urge customer to place an order before this time to avoid disappointment. Please always check delivery information you supply and your contact information so that your order is not delayed.

For items dispatched within UK, we use Royal Mail 48 as Economy delivery method. Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail 48 service within 2-3 working day. If you are looking for a guaranteed next day delivery, we offer guaranteed next day delivery within the UK mainland using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you are out when the delivery attempt is made, it is your responsibility to contact delivery service to arrange re-delivery or collection from their depot.

For shipments outside of the United Kingdom, we use tracked and insured Royal Mail International service. Please note, you may have to sign for your parcel.

Returns

We aim to exceed your expectation. However, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return item(s) bought for a full refund. If for any reason, or no reason you're not completely satisfied with item(s) bought from us, we will provide a full refund when product(s) is returned within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that you keep all original packaging and that product(s) is in saleable condition.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Goods remain buyer's responsibility until received by us.

Your Paypal account will be refunded within 2-3 working day once we have received your return and inspected by us. In all cases, goods must be received by us before refund is processed.
