About Warranty&Return Policy

Please make sure the quality is fine as soon as you receive it.

1.15-days warranty from the received date. Please contact us if found item defective. 

2.Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.  Return items should include the original packaging and accessories. Refund occurs only when item is lost by the shipping company.  Maximum refund amount will be the selling price, shipping cost will not be refund since it has been used.

About Shipping:

We will send in 1-3days after you pay it(Not including Saturday&Holiday) Please contact us if buyer have any special request.

5-30 days to United Kingdom

6-35 days to Australia

8-40 days to USA / Canada

10-45 days to most countries in Europe

3-8 weeks to Italy/Turkey/Brazil/and other remote countries

2.Delivery method

To USA we use Epack. To Russian we use special line,very very fast than normal post air mail.To other country we use Hongkong Post,But will use China post if Hongkong post have problems sometimes.

And except USA and Russian,For value＜20USD,we send Normal Post,you can add 2.5USD for Tracking number,for Value ≥20USD,we will send Registered Mailfor Free.

3.Combine Shipping:

We will combie shipping if same buyer and same address,and will separate a big order to some separate parcel if it is not good to send by a big order for post mail

About Custom Duty:

Paying Tax is every good citizen’s obligation,as the different country have different custom polocies,seller cannot guarantee the 100% tax free.If customs held your goods and asked for duty,please pay it.These charged are on buyer’s responsibility.We cannot accept DSR(＜5) or case as this reason.
