30 days -- return to base

There is a 30 day warranty on the item above - return to base. The buyer will pay for all postage or courier costs to return the item. The buyer will arrange any postage or courier to return the item. The buyer will contact the seller prior to returning any item. The buyer cannot request a refund (or partial refund) if the item is faulty or if the buyer changes their mind or if the buyer purchased the item in error. A restocking fee of 15%applies and is calculated from the original cost minus any postage fees paid by the seller. The restocking will only apply if the order has been processed and has been sent out.
