GENERAL INFORMATION
SIZING
For Vibram-soled mukluks: it is recommended to size down only if you wear a half size. Otherwise order your usual size. From the manufacturer: mukluks should feel snug when you first get them. Because of the natural materials used, they will stretch up to about half a size with wear to form a comfortable, custom fit. Unlike a standard boot or shoe, it is normal for your toes to touch the end inside, but they should not be curled up or in pain.
SOLE
Vibram soles are a high-performance, durable rubber sole that can withstand the effects of cold and high-abrasion urban environments. Manitobah Mulkuks are not built on a foot last so there is no left or right foot; the soles are meant to mold to your feet over time.
PROTECTION AND CARING
These mukluks are NOT waterproof. A silicone-based spray may be used to help protect suede and leather products but should not be used on fur. Mukluks are best when worn in cold, dry weather. Care should be taken to avoid salt and slush.
Fur is FRAGILE and will normally shed over time. Frequent friction (rubbing the boots together when walking) will cause shedding to occur much faster.
Do not pull hard on pompoms, ties, and straps. It is best to tie your mukluks once in a good knot than to keep retying them.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, unworn and with original box. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
