Returns will not be accepted on personalised items unless we have made a mistake so please make sure you give us the correct information.
Items are typically dispatched after 2 business days (Mon-Friday) by 1st class post or standard airmail (no tracking).
Items ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri will often be dispatched next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched by Tuesday.
Please be aware that during the Christmas period we may take the full 2 business days to dispatch your order.
Please note that standard international airmail does not have tracking available. We use this to keep your postage costs down but it can take a little longer than estimated as items can often be delayed by customs authorities, etc. Overseas buyers should allow 28 days from dispatch so please plan accordingly if you desperately need it for a certain date.
