Shipping and Handling

- Orders will be processed the same or next working day.

- We do not ship to P.O box, APO, FPO.

- We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

- Standard shipping: We use Thailand Post – Epacket or Registered Air Mail. Delivery time via Epacket is generally 7 - 21 working days. Delivery time via Air Mail is 14- 30 working days.

- In some cases, delivery time via Thailand Post can take up to 3-4 months. The delay usually caused by long customs clearance.

- Expedited shipping: We use DHL/Fedex/UPS express. We will pick the best carrier for your address.

- In general case, delivery time via Expedited shipping is 2-5 working days.

- Shipping charge includes only shipping cost from Thailand to customer’s address, surcharges from dimensional weight, emergency situations, and remote area.

- Customer will be responsible for import duties, tax and fees, customs or brokerage fee, or any fee upon receiving package. Please check customs regulations and fees before placing orders.

- % on time via Standard shipping is lower than expedited shipping.

- For Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Monaco, Malta, Turkey, Portugal, and Morocco, Standard shipping via Thailand post is recommended.

- Standard shipping to Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 3-4 months. Shipments usually take 4-8 weeks at customs clearance.

Return and cancellation

- Customer pays for return shipping cost.

- Our return addresses are in U.S., Turkey, and Thailand.

- Cancellation request must be made before the order has been shipped.

Import duty and VAT

- VAT collected by Ebay.

- If VAT has been collected again upon receiving the order, please contact Ebay customer service, provide the receipt. Then Ebay will refund VAT for you. The maximum refund amount is not more than the amount that was collected by Ebay.

- Import duty, tax, and customs fees are customer’s responsibility.
