Alternatively, fittings can be supplied with a brass ‘A’ type ring or the Wade Universal ring at no extra cost. Customers requiring this service should use the standard part number prefixed with the letter ‘B’ for the ‘A’ type brass ring or ‘WU’ for the Wade universal ring.
All metric compression fittings are delivered with nuts and annealed brass type ‘A’ rings as standard, for use with copper tube. Alternatively, fittings can be supplied with a brass type ‘B’ ring, the Wade universal ring or a copper ring at no extra cost (subject to availability). Customers requiring this service should use the standard part number and change the first digit from ‘1’ to ‘2’ for a copper ring and from ‘1’ to ‘5’ for the brass type ‘B’ ring and prefix part number with ‘WU’ for Wade universal ring.
