We have determined this is the best and easiest carpet to work with for interiors and 

speaker box applications.  It has a latex fused backing to help make every seam cut nearly invisible.  

Obviously, very important for a good looking finished product.  Made out of tough polypropylene the exact

same stuff automotive manufacturers use in new cars.  The material is woven so that it requires no backing, which

permits it to stretch side to side and front to back.  A very valuable aid for getting into tight corners, over humps 

and bumps that all cars have, without the need for many, if any, seams.  Speeds up installation time dramatically.
