    Warranty

    ·         Defective or DOA must be reported within 30 days of delivery of product.

    ·         Defective products will be exchange for the same item for replacement.

    ·         Buyer pays return shipping.

    ·         Item must be shipped out within a week of receiving the RMA#.

    ·         Sealed and boxed items must have original packaging returned with item.

    ·         Bulk shipped items will be inspected and checked. (We will not accept items that are not ours!!)

    ·         Returns on unopened items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping.(or  actual cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item)

    ·         All items must have an RMA#.  If this number is not visible on the returned package,  it will be refused.
