NOTICE: Watch out for bad actors. There are a lot of imitators out there who have cloned our listing titles in an attempt to redirect customers. We love fair competition, it only helps the industry as a whole. But please make sure you are reading a sellers feedback. There other sellers offering similar services that have pretty horrible feedback. We are constantly getting repairs that were failed repairs from some of our competitors. Those customers get stuck paying for shipping once to their facility and again to ours when that happens. When it comes to quality services, paying a few extra bucks to work with a reputable company can actually save you money in the long run. 

1. We have a DIAGNOSTIC FEE. We invest big into our technicians and the tools they use. It's why we have the best success rate in the business. We have to place value on the time our techs spend on your parts becuase it insures that our techs will exhaust all possible solutions. Companies that do not charge to diagnose will not invest the same amount of time in complex problems. Our Diagnostic Fee is built into the price you pay, it's not an extra charge. In the event we can't repair your item we will refund you what you paid and retain the diagnostic fee of $75.00.

2.  If you see FREE SHIPPING in the listing, this is in reference to the the shipping costs back to you once the repair is complete. It is not for the shipping to our facility.

3. THIS IS NOT A PART! This is a Service. If you arrived here thinking it was a part, it's because your part is discontinued. Our company provides an alternative to replacing your applinace when controls are discontinued. This means you will have to ship your part to us. We will then repair it and ship it back to you. It's a little more involved than ordering a part, but since a part isn't available, it means that the only other option is to replace your entire appliance.

4. Attention Technicians - We love you all, but you are the worst offenders, Please Please excercise good communication with your customers about our process. We do not want to be the punching bag when your customer yells at you for something you didn't tell them because you rushed through the creation of this order. 

5. Our Turnaround Time is about 7-10 business days. That is an average. That means that it's sometimes shorter and sometimes longer. We never know what is going to arrive each day and because of that it can dramatically affect how many repairs get done each day. If you need expedited service just give us a call and we can move your repair to the front of the line for a fee. 

6. Price Matching - We will match competitors with comparable services and warranties. Just let us know and we will match whoever, whenever, as long as they are reputable and are offering the same things we are offering. We have the best warranty in the business, so be weary of imitators. We stand behind our work more than any other company. We cover lightning strike, power surge, and accidental damage by you or a technician. We do this becuase it's not about the money, it's about keeping our customers for life. Nobody else offers this level of protection.
