Warranty:
At point of sale replacement or refund should be stated.
No Warranty on items that have any sign of play damage as it will void the warranty and no inspection/or diagnosis will be done. However, if item is not functioning properly, photos of the item will be needed,video, and all accessories that came with the item, e.g. manual, remote control, etc. in order to go thru the inspection process and if there need be a replacment of the item. Inspection of the item will take approximately 14 days depending on the workload of the local hobby shop to diagnose the issue of the item. If item should be faulty after diagnosis,a replacement of the item will be provided.
Shipping Damage:
If your product was damaged during shipping, you are to immediately contact the shipping company and "Refuse Due to Shipping
Damage" within 24 hours.
Also, you will need to contact me on ebay within 7 days. We/You then can file a claim with the shipping company.
