Returns:

Please contact us if you have any issues with your item before requesting a refund on Ebay as we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and give return instructions.  We have a 14 day return policy for items returned in the same condition as they were received.  If the item is returned in a different condition as received there is a 15% restocking fee.  Please contact us for return instructions.  Buyer pays for return shipping.

Item Condition:

We get all of our merchandise, unless otherwise stated, from a reverse supply chain from major retail stores.  This means that either the stores pull items from the shelves to make room for new items or new models of a particular item or; a consumer has purchased it and returned it to them for a variety of reasons, Unwanted Presents, Incompatibility, Misunderstanding of what the item was or does, and/or Etc…

We buy in bulk so that we can offer the items to you our customers at a great deal.  All of our items are tested and in great working condition, unless otherwise stated as-is.  In some cases the user manual may be missing and not included, but most of the time they can be downloaded online for free from the manufacturer’s website.

 Most of the items we have are open box items and the packaging may show signs of wear and/or distress.  If the item is missing the original packaging it will be listed in the details of the auction.

 As-is Auctions are just that and will be stated in the item description as an as-is auction.  These items either cannot be tested for functionality or have been tested and have some type of issue and not working properly.  We will do our best to describe what we think is wrong but is not a guarantee of the entirety of the problems with a particular item.  We will also not accept any returns for as-is auctions.

Feedback:

We will leave positive feedback to our customers after feedback is received.  We try our very best to satisfy every customer.  If you are having an issue for any reason please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback as we will do everything we can to resolve any issue. 

Shipping:

We usually ship the same business day if payment is received before 12:00 pm EST.  If it is after this time we will ship the next business day.  If your item is paid for on a weekend we will ship out the next business day.  We prefer to use USPS but if you have a different preference and want to get your item quick please contact us to arrange and pay for other shipping services.
