Note:
1.Please use the TF card class 6 or above.
2.Please install this camera at a bright and dry place, and it is better to be installed on the both sides of the rearview mirrors.
3.Please try to reset the device by pressing the reset button if camera halts by uncertain reasons.
4.Troubleshooting
Cannot turn on the device:
Please check if the recorder and car charger are connected correctly; if turn on manually, please check whether it is low battery and needed to be charged by USB cable first. Also you could try to reset the device or restore it to factory settings.

The camera automatically stop recording, or no cycling record:
Possibly the card you use is not good enough since this device require a good card with fast read and write speed, it is better to use a Class 10 Kingston TF card.
Please double check the G-sensor is turn on, the file will be locked and camera won’t cycle record. Just turn off the G-sensor and format the TF card. Or double check if you had turn off the cycling record function, need to choose” 2/3/5 mins”, don’t choose “off”.

Date and time are the same as setting when cycling record:
Please double check if the motion detection function is turned on, it varies since the DVR records only when something moves in front of the camera when motion detection is on.

The video recorded is not clear:
Please check the lens are dirty or have finger print, if so, just clean the lens  before filming, keep it clean and tidy.

The video records sometimes is not good:
It will be effected by the recording environment such as light.

The DVR  is down:
Please press” RESET” button to reset the DVR.

Returns

Want to return or replace your merchandise? No problem, just contact us for an RMA (return authorization number) within 30 days of delivery and make sure to read all of our policies below:

For a full refund or exchanged: Items must be brand new in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging (with no tape or markings) with all materials, including all accessories, instruction booklets, packaging inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Please don’t place stickers or shipping labels on the item’s original packaging. Instead, tape it to the shipping box.

We strongly recommend you to use a service with tracking# to locate the return packages. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund/ship your exchange within 2-3 business days.

For speedier delivery of your exchange, just place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect your return.

A restocking fee of 15% to 30% may apply to the value of all merchandise returned below original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse items returned in unsellable condition. For example: A Car DVR returned with water damage or a cracked screen will be refused.

We apply refunds to your account associated with the order. In our experience it may take 2-3 business days for platform refunds to clear.

We will cover all expense (Item price, Shipping$) if confirmed due to manufacturing problem or our errors. But when items are refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways. Please keep in mind that these expenses incurred by the buyer will be deducted from your refund.
