We aim for all purchases fully paid for by midday AEST (Queensland time) to be posted the same day.  We recommend you use eBay’s shopping cart for multiple items in order to combine your purchase and pay in one go.

To ensure your order is received as quickly as possible, please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number. Our items are packed carefully to ensure maximum protection for a safe journey.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle, which is determined by us.​          

 If you have a preferred carrier or have difficulties with Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex please contact us as we will want to avoid them too if they are problematic for you. For your convenience please ensure someone will be home to accept your goods as many carriers now leave items in a safe place by default. If you do not wish this to occur, please arrange your delivery as 'signature required'. If you cannot find this option within eBay, please contact us as this is a paid service charged by the service provider and we do not take any responsibility for goods stolen from your property. 

Both carriers offer the ability to re-direct your delivery if needed. In the event that nobody will be home please advise if there is a safe place for your order to be left. You can do this by leaving a 'note' within your purchase or if you cannot find where to record this please contact us.

You will receive notifications when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. The tracking number will also be found within your eBay Purchase History page.

We understand that you might need to return something for a refund. Please contact us prior to sending anything back.  Returned items must be packed carefully and be sent with a valid tracking number to ensure the goods are received and qualify for a refund.  Without this information, you accept full responsibility should an item not reach us.

If You Change Your Mind:
Please contact us about your intent to return your order up to 30 days after your purchase to qualify for a full refund.  We provide free returns for orders up to 5.5kg.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all parts in order to receive a refund. 

If the Item Arrived Damaged or is Missing Parts:

All orders leave the supplier warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing components please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. To help you as quickly as possible it is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately of any damage or missing components.  Please provide photographs with identifiable product information.

The item is faulty
Our items are high quality products and your purchase is automatically protected by Australian Consumer Law.  Should your product be faulty please contact us before returning so that we can ensure the correct process is followed for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.  We will work with you to achieve the best and fastest solution possible.

As we are completely an online business, all online messages are prioritised and we aim to respond within 1-2 business day.

Payments are handled by eBay Managed Payments program. Any issues regarding your payment need to be directed back to eBay as sellers have no involvement in this now.

Please include your E-bay ID as a reference so that we know where to apply your payment. Please do not use listing item# as more than one person may make the same purchase. Your purchase may be delayed without this information
