Thanks for looking, and please read carefully.

This blanking plate is made from Laser cut 1.5mm 304 Stainless Steel, and has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface to get a better seal. Any thicker and the flange will not sit flat and will leak. No gaskets and a smear of copper grease is all that is needed. If your engine management light come on now and then, or losing power, then the EGR valve is most probably to blame. Also helps when towing. Fit's between the EGR valve and the cooler tube that come from the exhaust manifold. The plate is slotted to make it simpler to fit. The 2 bolts just need to be loosened, the plate slipped in between the EGR valve and the existing gasket, then re-tightened. (Pictured below). Fully blocking the EGR valve will put on the engine Management light on. I also list it with a small hole in, so that the engine management light doesn't come on (Item number: 111669923362 in Stainless Steel).

 It fit's :
2006 on- Fiat Ducato 2.2L 100 Multijet with the  PUMA engine ( Puma ZSD-422 2,198 cc). It will not fit the 2,287 cc engine, as it is a Sofim engine.

 Other Benefits of blocking EGR

   1.  Cleaner engine oil helping to give longer engine life.

   2.  Turbo spooling up quicker, and at lower revs

   3.  Prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power

   4.  Smoother drive and quite often better economy

   5.  Less smoke if the EGR valve is faulty ( black smoke is a MOT failure)<

   5.  DPF/FAP regenerates less as there is less soot to trap if one is fitted

All plates are designed and researched be me in house over many years. I do not buy or have ever brought from other seller (most sellers are just engineering firms that have brought from each other-along with the repeated mistakes, or Chinese drop shops), and have no idea about car engines, fault codes, and what can be causing them. I have been a mechanic for many years, and my number 4 son is also a trained mechanic of some years, and now working at Porsche..
