Instructions for use:
1. Ensure skin is dry, clean, and oil free.
2. Peel the eye-liner tattoo from the backing sheet.
3. Align with your eye to check for the optimum fit. Use small scissors to trim any excess around the inner eye area if necessary.
4. Apply to skin and press firmly.
Instructions to remove:
1. Saturate tattoo with household rubbing alcohol, or baby oil
2. Wait 10-15 seconds, then gently rub away tattoo with a cotton ball
