Therefore, please remember to read the discriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

Also please note that, in some cases, the rolls of fabric we receive do not always specify the exact composition of the material. Because of this, the compositions stated here are calculated to the best of our knowledge and experience; however, we acknowledge that we may not be 100% correct all of the time!

Please be aware that due to the inherent nature of fabrics, they can never be completely and wholly 100% perfect and free of faults. 

We try our best to inspect fabric thoroughly before sending, but sometimes the flaws are not noticeable at a quick glance. 

We will exchange any fabrics that are deemed damaged and unusable beyond reasonable doubt; however, please be aware that we do not categorically consider creases in the fabrics or other flaws within 5 cm in from along selvedges as damage, and therefore will not offer reimbursement.

We are open to queries about the fabrics we have sold to you, and we treat each case individually and with a fair assessment. If you wish to submit a complaint, please be willing to provide relevant evidence such as photographs.
