  Please not, this will only fit normal exasperated engines, so not the FSi or TSi as the have very different EGR valves to the type pictured in header pictures.
  This blanking plate is made from 2mm Laser cut Aluminium, and has been rumbled to make it smooth.

  It can be fitted on either side of the EGR valve. These valves depending on the engine size year ECT can be down by the gear box of even on the inlet manifold, as shown in the header pictures. It will only fit the type of EGR valve pictured below, so please check carefully.    

 They are fitted in the petrol Audi's Seat's Skoda's and VW's 1.2L 3 cylinder, 1.4L, 1.6L and the 2.0L ADY and ATM engine which is in the VW Sharan and Seat Alhambra (up on the inlet manifold).

 Benefits of blocking EGR:

   1.  Cleaner engine oil helping to give longer engine life.

   2.  Prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power

   3.  The EGR can cause misfiring due to plug fouling as the engine gets older
