Delivered Faulty; If the items are faulty when it’s delivered, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days in writing. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. But we will test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, you will have to pay 15% handling charge will be levied on to cover our administration costs.
