Our fulfilment team are beavering away to get your order out in good time! Orders received up to 3.00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. The fulfillment team have days off resting on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We're sorry that some geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service - we may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. However if we have a delivery challenge, we will always keep you informed of the situation.

There are a small number of postcodes where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore and Northern Ireland take an extra day to deliver.
Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95
The next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.95 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
There are a small number of postcodes where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale if you have requested Next Working Day Delivery. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore and Northern Ireland take a standard 2 days to deliver.
International Delivery
International Delivery: £11.95
International items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for and a signature is required upon receipt of the parcel. Delivery within the EU is normally within 5 days of dispatch. Delivery within Non EU is normally between 5-7 days. Any parcel requiring a signature will be left at your local collection office if you are not at home to sign for them. These parcels are normally held at your local collection office for 7 days only. After this time they normally are returned to us. Whilst we are happy to resend the parcel (once we have recieved back) we will require you to pay the additional postage costs incurred.
Due to Customs and Excise restrictions we cannot mail aerosol or goods containing alcohol internationally. Please check if you are liable to pay any import duty, particularly on large numbers of items, we are not responsible for paying this, but will complete a Customs declaration in order to ship the parcel to you. If you want to reclaim VAT it cannot be reclaimed through us and must be reclaimed within the country of receipt.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions for shipping returns below, and we'll exchange or refund it for you. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge when the product is sent to you.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused

CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
SHIPPING RETURNS

Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note
Enclose the delivery note with the product, writing the reason for return, and package up securely
Please use original packaging if possible, but remove original labels
Place a label on the parcel with the address: Joe Hannah, Oak House, Oak Close, Wilmslow SK9 6DF
Your parcel can then be taken to the Post Office
Unless faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
