Cupping was a widely used method in the treatment of the flu and cold illnesses in the 19th century and up to the first half of the 20th century. Medical doctors believed that correctly applied glass cups were beneficial for the entire body and would help fight infection. Bruises caused by hot cups were viewed as useful; the treatment with one’s own internal bleeding to boost immunity as well.
In a typical cupping session; glass cups are warmed using cotton balls, which are soaked in alcohol, lighted, and then placed inside the cup. Burning a substance inside the cup removes all the oxygen, which creates a vacuum effect. The practitioner then places the cups on the patient’s back 3 cm apart for 10-15 minutes. This is believed to open up the skin’s pores and draw toxins out of the body.

Once your item has been shipped we are not responsible for any damage or lost items made by our shipping services of FedEx, USPS or FedEx freight so please reach out to us if you would like an insurance quote on shipping. Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. You are responsible for shipping. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items as well as a deduction of the original shipping cost we paid to ship to you. If we have made some type of mistake, please contact us immediately via our office number or by email and we will work hard to resolve the situation immediately and possible waive the 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost. All return items must be in original box and original packaging unopened. Any warranty related claims made after the 14 day return policy will require the item being shipped back to us at your cost which will allow us to determine the claim. Once returned item has properly been processed we will ship a new item back out at our cost. Please contact us first with any concerns.
