Shipping and Insurance

Domestic Shipments

Free shipping for all domestic purchase
All domestic purchases above £200 will be ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service with full insurance and item blow £200 will be ship by Royal Mail 1st Class Sing For Service. Parcel tracking number will be updated on eBay. Once item is dispatch.

International Shipments
All international shipments include tracking and insurance. We ship with Royal Mail International signed for service or by private courier on request charges will be applicable. International customers are responsible for any and all duties, VAT taxes, handling fees or additional costs related to local laws or regulations.

Shipping by FedEx or UPS. Please Message through eBay Message Service between Monday to Friday BST 11 AM to 7 PM.

All items can be returned or exchange for any reason within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, we will provide a 100% full refund of item cost. We do not charge any fees. But please be advised that the shipping & insurance fees will not be refunded (Shipping & insurance fee is not charged to UK customers all domestic shipping is free of charge unless there is any special arrangement requested by customer for shipping).

Please return item in unused condition with all documents.
Please do not remove the tag if you are willing to return or exchange the item.

Return Procedure:
In case you are not completely satisfied and want to return item under our return policy.

Please inform us through eBay message for return.
Please open return case on eBay and follow the eBay return procedure.
Please return all documents received with item.
We suggest returning item back by Royal mail special delivery which is track able and insured! It is customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us.
Refund will be process once we receive item back by same method payment was made. It may take 5 to 7 working days for refund to get credited in customers account.
