Payment Terms
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. It is quick, secure and offers protection for both purchaser and seller. We can also accept card payments over the phone using all major credit and debit cards at no extra cost (excluding international transactions which may incur a small fee). We accept other forms of payment such as cash on collection (please contact us for details).
Shipping Terms
Your ordered will be generally be shipped between Monday - Friday. We do not ship weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders are usually received within 2-3 working days for free domestic post and within 10 working days for international post. If you purchase tracking, this will be uploaded at the time of dispatch.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please let us know immediately. This may not always be possible even if your order has not been dispatched due to the time it takes for your order to updated with dispatch information.
