* EXCHANGE:- All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Should you require a different size, simply place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us for a refund or store credit (some sizes may be limited)
* RETURNS:- Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, no perfume smells or odours and unworn) The cost of returning the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer and we take no responsibility for lost items that do not reach us.
* REFUNDS: Once we have inspected the item/s and the above requirements are met, Goosebumps Clothing will refund you less the amount we were billed for postage when your item/s are returned. Please also include your EBAY ID and PHONE NUMBER and REQUEST so when your parcel arrives the warehouse manager will know what action to take.

NON REFUNDABLE POSTAGE: If the item was faulty we would not charge you the postage. If it is exchange or change of mind, as per our policy listed it clearly states that the amount refunded will be less what we were billed for postage (we are not offered free post from Australia Post as a business owner).
