Published by V.F. Fine Arts, Houston, Texas in 1999, this is an authorized, hand-signed & numbered, limited edition lithograph from the original painting by Sandra Kuck entitled, "Winter Wonderland".

It is numbered and signed in gold ink by the artist. 

Print is in very good to excellent, never framed condition with light bend to bottom right corner tip within white border, a small 1/4" edge tear to top edge near right corner within white border and 6 small strips of archival tape on back from having been previously matted.  Was never framed and the tape can be seen a tiny bit at edge of print but DOES NOT bleed through (see photos).  There is also a small dot near bottom right corner that I am not sure if it is part of the picture or not, all examples of this print that I have found online have been matted over that area so I cannot be sure.  In any case, it can easily be matted over if the buyer desires.  Has been stored flat.
