A USB 3.0 active extension cable designed to achieve distances up to 10m with high speed 4.8Gbps USB 3.0 connection. Ideal for connecting USB 3.0 peripherals such as external drives in server racks etc, where 3m USB 3.0 leads may not be long enough. Two units can be daisychained together for a maximum length of 20m. For high current USB bus requirements add plugpack listed in the accessories for this product. Powered via USB bus but has provision for a plugpack should a device have insufficient current.
