All orders are shipped in a hard backed 'Do Not Bend' envelope. Postage options include:
1) FREE POSTAGE - items will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please allow this amount of time for your order to arrive.
2) Royal Mail 1st Class (usually arrives 1 to 2 working days)
3) Royal Mail Special Delivery (usually arrives the next working day excluding Saturdays)
We cannot accept any responsibility if your item arrives later than expected as this is out of our hands. Therefore we advise you order with plenty of notice. Before emailing to ask where your item is, please ensure you check your local sorting office as calling cards are not always left by the postman.
If you are outside the UK then your order will be posted via Royal Mail Air Mail. Please note that occasionally items might be delayed by customs which is out of our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

Please be aware that colours vary from screen to screen and printer to printer so they may not be exactly as you see them (typically will print lighter and less saturated than seen on screen - this is due to the nature of inks and icing sheets used).
Please note that these are tailor-made / personalised goods and as such cannot be returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
