For DIY Circuit Board Production and Artwork Etching

For use with copper clad boards for etching a design onto copper clad boards using a laser printer and household iron.

Brief steps are:
Print your printed circuit board design or artwork onto the paper using a laser printer. The print must be printed in mirror/reverse.
Make sure your copper clad board is free of any contaminants and oxidisation, this is crucial. Can use wire wool or very fine sandpaper.
Use an iron to transfer the print (laser toner) onto the copper board and an etching solution to dissolve away the copper not protected with the laser toner.

Good quality copper clad boards ensures success.
For info: FR2 Boards are synthetic resin bonded paper and FR4 are epoxy bonded fiberglass.
