 This is a genuine Ford sat nav stereo (LS RNS model). It is a brilliant upgrade for vehicles fitted with the basic Ford CD players or an
 ideal replacement for a faulty or damaged head unit. It offers full 7 digit postcode searching via the colour screen maps.

 As well as satellite navigation, the headunit is a CD/MP3 player with 
FM / AM / MW / LW radio tuner. If your vehicle has factory fit-
 ted Bluetooth handsfree, AUX in or USB in this unit is compatible. 

 The stereo includes a front SD card input which is 
used for the map SD card that is included free of charge (front SD input for
 map use only , not  for music playback).

We strive to dispatch all items within one working day of the order being received and paid for. All parcels sent via courier are on a next working day delivery service, items that are sent via Royal Mail are 1st Class post, this is usually a 1-3 working day service. 

If you chose to upgrade your shipping to 'Next Day' the item(s) will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 2.00pm.  Please note the above applies to UK mainland locations, all off shore and international delivery times can vary dependent upon destination address.

Returns That Are Our Fault

Wrong Item received / Faulty Item. Returns that are our fault includes wrong items received or faulty goods. We are more than happy to replace any item(s) in these instances. In The case that an incorrect / faulty item is being returned for a refund you will receive a full refund including the original postage & packaging costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.

Returns That Are Not Our Fault:

1) Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items. Returns that are the customer’s choice under the distance selling regulations, 
2) Returns due to incorrect item purchased 
3) Goods that are simply unwanted

These are all entitled to a refund / replacement if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage cost to return the item and we will also not refund the Royal Mail / Courier Postage costs incurred for the item sending out to you originally (Your refund then will be the final eBay price minus any postage cost). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. Items returned in non-saleable condition (Damaged / missing packaging etc) will be subject to a repackaging and admin surcharge. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
