• Goods are shipped UK Mainland Only. there will be an extra charge of delivery outside UK Mainland. 
• Delivery charges apply on the weight of the product as well as location to be delivered to
• Get a quote regarding the charges applied to your location
• Before receiving the product check it thoroughly for any damages caused and mark it as damaged on the form before signing (signing as unchecked will not be accepted). All the damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours via telephone or email
• If the product is not delivered on the date/day specified report this to us and we will look into the problem to provide you with update information     

1.  For UK Customers wait for three working days to receive your item however if the item is not delivered then check your local post office as over the  past year it has been found that in many cases Royal Mail and other Couriers fail to leave a notice if not received                                                
2.  For International Customers wait for at least 14 working days to receive your item and if not delivered then email us or check your local post office  as there might be that the Couriers fail to leave a message if the item is not received 

• Goods are delivered to the address provided to us on eBay however if there are any changes regarding your address do contact us as soon as possible
