    Instructions for use:

    1. Ensure skin is dry, clean, and oil free.

    2. Peel the eye-liner tattoo from the backing sheet.

    3. Carefully align with eye to check for the optimum fit. Use small scissors to trim any excess around the inner eye area if necessary.

    4. Apply to skin and press firmly, then wet the tattoo thoroughly with a dampened cotton pad/sponge/towel.

    5. After 20-30 seconds, gently remove the backing paper.

    6. Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes.

    Instructions to remove:

    1. Close eye. Using a cotton pad, dab to saturate tattoo with household rubbing alcohol, or baby oil

    2. Wait 10-15 seconds, then gently rub away tattoo with a cotton ball
