When will I receive my order?
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched on the same day. During busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received. Standard delivery can take 3-5 working days. If you require your items sooner, then please choose an express delivery option at checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (15 days for international deliveries) before contacting us about your order.

Who will deliver my items?
Most orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery unless you choose an express option at checkout. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched in a timely manner to ensure a secure delivery. Larger items may be delivered via a courier company who will contact you to arrange a delivery time and date.

Do you combine postage?
We offer combined postage discounts on all orders where you are purchasing more than one item. To take advantage of combined postage discounts you need to add all of your items to the basket together and pay for them at once. If you are having any issues with this then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you.

Do you post internationally?
Yes we post worldwide and offer combined postage discounts for our international customers.

Do I need to sign for my items?
Some orders will require a signature to ensure the safe receipt of your items while others will be tracked and left in a safe place if you are not in. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier's first visit, a calling card will be left. You can then arrange for the redelivery or collection of your items using the details provided on the card.

What if I haven't received my items?
If you haven't received your order after 10 working days of dispatch, then please get in touch with us in the first instance so we can track your order and provide you with an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Though we will make our best efforts to do so, we are unable to guarantee any changes to orders once they have been placed so please ensure all details are correct before completing the checkout process.
 

We accept PayPal, all Major Credit/Debit Cards, Postal Orders, Bank transfers.

If you have a special request please leave a note in Paypal when making the payment, we will then be able to contact you as your order is processed.

As orders are processed immediately and dispatched within 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order or delivery details after the order is processed.

Please Read! It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any import duties, custom fees, and taxes. Please check with your country’s customs offices in order to determine the additional costs imposed on the item prior to buying.

You are welcome to return any item back to us within a 30 day returns period from receipt for any reason. In order to receive a full refund items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, with tags attached) and in original packaging. We do have a thorough returns check in process and should the items returned not meet the specified conditions, we will not be able to accept the return or issue your refund and may charge for the additional shipping costs involved.

We are happy to offer exchanges for customers who would prefer a different size or colour than the item ordered. Please include specific details of the item that you wish to receive on the returns and feedback form and we will be able to arrange that when the returned item is received. If the item that you prefer is unavailable at that time we will contact you to make you aware and offer an alternative item or issue a refund instead.

Please include a copy of the returns and feedback form in with the items you are returning or instead include your personal details (name, address, Ebay Id), this is just so that we will be able to identify your order and issue the refund or create the exchange accordingly.

All of our products are sent new with tags or labels attached, if an item is received and it doesn’t have its labels or tags attached please notify us as it is part of our returns conditions and we need to be aware beforehand otherwise it may affect your return.

If your order is over Ł70 you are eligible for free returns, please contact us in order to arrange this.

Faulty/ Incorrect Items:
We try to minimize order errors but we understand that sometimes mistakes can be made, if there is an issue with your order or you received an incorrect/faulty item please let us know as soon as possible so that we will be able to offer a solution and rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
