- The rails come complete with screws and plugs for attaching them to walls.
- To fit additional holders onto the rails you simply snap out the end panel, slide your desired combination of holders onto the rail and then snap the end panel back into place.
- Infinitely customisable to your requirements, you can change the holders as your needs change.
- Don't forget the hooks which fit into the rail without even having to remove the end panel.
- The holders, hooks and rails are also available separately so that you are able to customise the rail to your individual requirements.
- The holders are made of a durable plastic material with grips of flexible EPDM rubber, which grasp tool handles easily and only require a light hand-pressure to secure and release the stored item.
- This unique storage system gets rid of unsightly nails, hooks and shelves that are taking up valuable space.

Shipping
All orders from Conka are dispatched within 1-2 working days dependant upon the type of product. Majority of orders are sent on a 24/48 hour service.

Returns
We are sure you will love your new Conka product but if for any reason you feel you need to send it back please do so within 30 days and we will be happy to refund the money.

Return Postage and packaging costs are to be paid by yourself, however if the product is faulty please get in touch with our lovely customer service team who will be happy to organise a return for you where we will cover the cost of postage.
Please package all returns items in their original packaging and return in the same condition that you received it. Upon receiving your item, the item will be inspected, this can take up to 5 working days. We advise that you include your receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a refund is processed quickly.
Damages and issues

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as specially manufactured items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Refunds
Once you item has been received and inspected we will refund your order by your original payment method. We aim to do this within 5 working days. It is to note, once the refund has been processed it may take 3-5 working days for the bank to refund your money to your account.
