Chile friendship with US flag lapel pin. 3/4"H x 1"L x 1mm.
We use a relatively new technique in the making of this pin called "Pro-enamel".
This quality allows us to match colors very accurately to a pantone color chart.
Small logos are screen-printed to show accurate detail and color.
THE PROCESS:
A die and tool is used to stamp and recess the design into the metal, then filled in
with colored liquid enamel. After drying, logos that cannot be stamped in detail,
are screen-printed over the hardened enamel.
