Shipping Policy

01.We will ship it from China.

02. For RC parts, we haven't shipped them to our abroad warehouse, so we have to ship them from China.

03. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues which caused by the shipping service.

04. In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free upon import, we normally declare it as ‘GIFT’ at lower value, but this lower cost declaration does not reflect the real cost you paid or the market price. Please contact us if you have problem with this.

05. The item cost and shipping fee do not include any custom duty or any other charge, so buyer should be responsible for all import charges & fees if any. For accurate details please check with your local customhouse. For international shipping, items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.

Seller set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.
As the buyer, you should be aware of these possible points:
-Delays from customs inspection.
-Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

We do not deal with buyers who often open case just few days after shipping with excuse 'ITEM NOT REACH'. Please read above details before purchase. That will be appreciated if you contact us with any problem before other action so that we can find better solution!

About packaging
When you purchase one of our products, we assure you that your product will have been fully check in our work-shop by our experienced team of professional worker. We ues 100% recyeled packaging material and we pack all our items to ensure all of items as stable and safe as possible for shipping. International buyers welcome.

Return & Warranty

(1)In order to assure the products are in good quality,all products are checked serious before we ship them out to you.

(2)If you found the quality problem after you checked the battery,please send us pictures or videos within 24 hours.If we confirm the item is in quality problem,we will pay the shipping fee to return the battery(must be in the original sealed and package),a new good battery or a full refund will for you to choose.

(3)If the item is broken in the shipping way.Please take pictures and then contact with your local post office and us.We will try our best to solve the problem for you.

(4)If you found the package is broken when the post man dispatch it to you.Please open the package to check the item.If it is broken,please take a picture about it(broken item and tracking number on the package) and refuse to sign it.Then contact us in 24 hours online or email.We will supply one new good battery or a full refund.
