This is a genuine
semiconductor fabrication legacy part, that is no longer manufactured.
This difficult to find part was removed from an operational semiconductor
fabrication plant storeroom or from a semiconductor production tool.
Warranty
All items that are
listed as New, Refurbished, and Used, are sold with a 30 day warranty as
follows: Items damaged in shipment, non-functional upon arrival, or incorrectly
listed-Buyer will receive a full refund of all cost, including return shipping
if requested by us. Where multiple items are in inventory, Seller will offer to
replace the item at Buyer's option. The Seller will advise regarding method of
return shipping if desired. Please
contact us before requesting a return through eBay. We will always honor your request.
Items listed as Parts,
or Needs Repair have no warranty, and cannot be returned.
Items purchased
incorrectly by Buyer. Seller will process a refund for the item, less Seller's
original cost of shipment, upon receipt of the item in undamaged, unused, and
unopened sealed bag condition. Please note: Some items have greater value
because they are either new, or refurbished, and are still sealed with the
original certification from the manufacturer or the refurbisher. In the event
that a sealed package is opened, the refund will be discounted to reflect this
loss of clean room integrity. All return shipping will be at the Buyer's cost.

Domestic USA shipping:
Most items up to a weight of 70 lbs, that also do not exceed the
girth plus length limit of 79 inches, are quoted in the listing using either
USPS Mail rates, or FedEx Ground.
We will combine shipments to save you shipping costs when we
can.
For cost and quality of service reasons, we do not ship
domestically via UPS.
International Shipping:
Most items, up to a weight of 70 lbs, that do not exceed the
girth plus length limit of 79 inches, and cost less than $2,500.00, are quoted
in the listing using USPS International Mail. We
will combine orders to save you shipping costs when we can. We will not
ship internationally using your account for any other shipping service.
These products are occasionally subject to export
restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureau of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and
Security (BIS) regulate
exports through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We follow these regulations. In order to comply
with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the
US Department of State, depending on the item, we may require a written
statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be
exported and the buyer’s agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You will be contacted via email
with the necessary documents to return to us to allow us to
complete your order. We do not ship items to any locations
in Country Group E.
