Usage Instructions:

AromaStix: Wave under nose and inhale in 4, 4, 4 pattern (Inhale for a 4 count, hold for 4, exhale for 4). Repeat as often as desired. Using this blend for 15 minutes a day will help your body heal itself naturally, at a cellular level.

Shipping Charges: FREE SHIPPING on this listing. Expedited shipping is available, and will be paid by the buyer.
