For Use With Sterling and Beacon Morris Unit Heater Models

NOTE:  There are many specialized gas heaters in the market, sometimes called garage, shop or unit heaters.
Most of them make use of a fan time delay to control the PRE-PURGE procedure and COOLING DOWN sequence after a stop.
The timing for ON & OFF varies from 1 to 110 sec. Those timers are different from regular electric heat sequencers (even though they may look alike...)

You may find some inexperienced sellers who offer a cheap electric heat sequencer for use in your gas heater as a delay timer - not very smart and most likely even dangerous.

Fan time relays have a specific timing, they are made in relatively small quantities for a particular brand/model and cost naturally a bit more.
