Fits the following GM 4L60E & 4L70E series automatic transmissions: 

* 4L60E -- 1996 & Later

* 4L65E -- 2001 & Later

* 4L70 & 4L75E -- 2006 & Later

oil pan in place, you have a 4L60E or 4L70E series transmission and this solenoid will fit.

Due to bulk purchasing, this solenoid may not come in an AC Delco box.
