Payment on “Buy It Now” items is preferred to be paid immediately. All other items payment is due within 24 hours. If you need to make longer arrangements please contact BEFORE purchasing.

Shipping Policy

We ship typically every day (Monday through Friday). Most items will be shipped same day before 4pm EST, if not they will be shipped the following business day. Please note weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Anything ordered Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Rush or expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact for details PRIOR to purchasing to make sure an agreement can be made.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if we product does not match our description as stated in our listing (item arrives damaged, wrong item, dimension dispute, etc)

Returns are not accepted for any other reason (wrong size, didn’t like, no longer needed). We accept returns for 14 days after the purchase. If product does not match our description as stated in our listing, return shipping will be paid by us the seller. If product does match our description as stated in our listing and needs to be returned for a special reason, please message us to arrange special return. Should such return be approved, shipping will be paid by you the purchaser. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in same condition as it was initially sent. Any opened packaging or altered state may result in refusal of return and/or subject to restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only after the item is returned.
