Scratch resistant glossy top surface
Truss rod covers are made from a phenolic (dark brown) material with a glossy top surface. Approx. 1/16"(1.7mm) thick. A multi-ply material isn't available.

Find an image you would like. Try and find the highest resolution image possible. Minimum should be at least 500 pixels by 500 pixels for a good quality product.
Please don't pre-crop the image. The part of the image you would like to use should, ideally, be in the center of the image. Look at your image and think about how you want the image to fit the product. We can rotate and skew the image slightly to make it fit. Be very descriptive in explaining the part of the image you would like to be used on the truss rod cover.
All truss rod cover samples above were obtained using Google image search. No image will be refused for content.

Combined Shipping

We do combine orders to lower shipping costs for our customers. To receive a combined shipping quote, please use eBay's "Add to Cart" button for each item. This will provide an estimated shipping cost based on your order's total weight. In most cases, eBay's shipping charges will be accurate.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday(US EST). No shipping on weekends and holidays. Custom products can take up to 2 days to ship.
International Shipping

Our economy international service or USPS First Class Service is provided by APC Postal Logistics and includes full tracking. The economy international shipping service(APC Postal Logistics) usually arrives within 2-4 weeks with most being delivered by your local post office. Every now and then an order can take a little longer to arrive. Most shipping delays are related to the receiving country's customs processing or problems with shipping addresses. Please make sure to include a valid phone number with your order in case they need to contact you.

All international shipments include carrier insurance with a minimum of $100 of insurance. A claim for a lost package cannot be opened until at least 6 weeks have passed.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless specified on your order that is collected by eBay (ie, VAT). If not paid by eBay, the additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in brand new condition and in its original(undamaged) package. Please take care of the item if there is any possibility of a return. Refunds will not be issued for items that show any signs of damage uncluding to the original packaging, ie. scratches, tool marks, attempted modification, etc.
