VINTAGE TODDLER KIDS CHILDREN WORKBENCH TOY & 22 PIECE TOOL BOX SET

This is a unique offering in the marketplace, rare and hard to find.  There are no manufacturer markings or label so either this is a custom made piece or European import, maybe Germany.  Unlike other designs, this one although vintage has a wonderful, clean sleek design that lacks the clutter and busy-ness of modern versions.  

Made of solid solid wood with 22 piece tool box set for loads of fun.  Helps young children develop motor skills and eye/hand coordination. This is a great find for your child's playroom or as an fun building craft activity set for visits or care at Grandmas and Grandpas home.The workbench surface is 7/8” thick and the legs which measure 2 1/8 x 3/4” appear to be wider and thicker when compared to other new models which might be made from lighter materials, pressed/composite woods or plastic.

This vintage workbench appears to be well made, however, please note the back board is loose and is currently held in place with heavy cellophane tape.  The back board requires repair before use.  It is made up of 2 parts, a thicker and thinner piece of wood.  The thinner wood and screws along the bottom edge of the back board are separated from the thicker back board.   A potential repair is to drill new screw holes or to purchase a new piece of thin wood.   Last photo shows back board from the bottom side without the cellophane tape.  Please zoom in and review photos before purchasing, as this item is being sold as is.
