I'm Brian Carlsness and am the owner of WiredForLess. I appreciate your stopping by and checking us out! I've worked in the audio business for over 40 years (I know I just dated myself) and over the years, I've had the great fortune of working at some terrific companies in sales, management, purchasing & manufacturing.

Along the way I've fallen in love with the industry and products, but I've always had an itch to build my own business.

So at the very peak of the recession in 2008, I left my VP position and started WiredForLess. Our focus and my passion are headphones, earphones and loudspeakers. These are the final components in the audio chain and arguably the most important because they actually convert the audio signal to what your ear hears. The finest performances, the best recordings and the best audio components are all wasted if the headphones, earphones or speakers can't deliver it properly to your ears.

Todays consumer has never had more choices. All the styles, brands, models and price points can make buying a daunting, confusing job -- which is where we come in. First, we're really picky about the brands we partner with...we only carry products that we like and own ourselves. Second, we learn everything we can about our products so we can best advise our customers.

Since we started in 2008, we have grown rapidly...pretty much doubling every year. I believe our growth has largely been fueled by how we treat each and every customer we have the opportunity to work with. We treat them the way we want to be treated, and exceed their expectations every time we get the chance. I have always been more interested in making a long-term customer than selling a one-time item.
