SHIPPING POLICY

- Order should be processed and shipped after one full business day cycle.

- Free shipping only valid within U.S.

- Buyer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs if the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address. 

- Shipping cost will not be deducted for local pick up 

- Seller not liable for any duty fees, or brokerage fees for International orders

PAYMENT POLICY

We ONLY accept Paypal. 

We provide free USPS first class mail service within US. We also offer USPS priority mail service within US and international shipping via eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP). Please inquire with eBay about cost & availability.

SHIPPING TIME: We ship all items the same business day of your cleared payment before 15:30 PST. (Excluding holidays and weekends)

RETURNS POLICY

- Returns for damages/defects/item not as described are covered by our company if claimed within the stated 30 day warranty period. After the 30 day warranty period, no claims may be made for a refund.

-If the item is defective after 30 days, normally, we will always provide a new replacement. All our products have 1 year warranty.

- If the buyer would like to return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are designed and manufactured from BN-LINKProducts. We are the only seller in U.S.

We only accept exchange items when the products are broken or defective. Please read the description before order in order to get the right products, we do not take the responsibility for the return(exchange) shipping fee.

CANCELLATION

Unshipped items can be cancelled free without any notice as long as the item was neither manufactured nor customized specifically for the customer. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If you package has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the UN-OPENED package, and the returning shipping fee. When we receive the package, we will refund 100% full amount.
