Payment

Complete Payment is required upon purchase; we will allow up to 7 days for receiving payment. We accept PayPal, Cheques and postal orders. Please be aware that items are not posted until Payment has been cleared.

Shipping

After payment has cleared all purchased items will be posted NEXT Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays), we use Royal Mail for all our post. Signed for and Special Delivery items will have tracking numbers uploaded onto the eBay system.
Delivery times for 2^nd class mail can take up to 5 working days. 1^st class mail will arrive usually within 3 working days and international mail may take up to 15 working days. Delivery times vary depending upon your location and stated times are estimates only. Domestic delivery times vary and can take between 1-5 working days depending upon shipping service selected at checkout and during peak seasons. For international deliveries please allow upto 15 business days.

Descriptions

Refurbished items are usually professionally remanufactured. Sometimes using replacement parts where needed to complete the unit. This usually does not affect the function or purpose of the device. An item is only original if it states in the title and listing. Items listed as Replacement are usually aftermarket replacement parts. You are welcome to contact us for further clarification.

Returns

As a business we follow the distant seller regulations and accept returns on all of our items. Please contact us via eBay messaging service if you would like to do so. Returns can only be accepted if you make contact with us within 30 days of receiving the item and have been authorised an RMA number. Unless the item you receive is faulty, we will deduct our postage and packaging costs from the sale before a refund is given. Faulty items will be refunded completely or if a replacement is required this will be sent out at no extra cost. All our parts come with a 90 day warranty.

Please understand that all of our items are sent with security labels or markings and we will NOT refund or replace items that are not ours. If we receive item that are not ours, we will contact you immediately and you will have to pay for the return postage and packaging costs or the item will discarded. We cannot accept returns on broken or damaged items, since we check all items before despatch. We will not accept any returns if the item is damaged during the fitting process.

Items must be returned in the condition we sent them in, with the protective film intact. Please test your item before removing the protective film. Any items returned without the film will not be refunded or replaced. We are not liable for any damage that is caused to your phone or any fitting fees that are incurred whilst fitting any of our items. If you are unsure of how to fit the item correctly please use a professional service. We reserve the right to substitute your item for a similar or better product if the original item purchased is not available; this will be similar in appearance but may differ in condition. Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
