Shipping:

Your order will be shipped in 1 business day. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. So all orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day(if Monday is holiday).

We don't ship to an address other than the address on Paypal. Please update your address with Paypal before placing your order.

Buyer responsible for extra shipping fee of the wrong address.

No tracking number will be given if choosing USPS First Class Mail International.

Lost/or Stolen Orders (after delivery):

We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.

Refund:

Buyer pays shipping fee to return item within 14 days after receiving. Refund will be processed as soon as the item is received. Please contact us first before returning your items. All returned items must be in the same condition when received.

If the return is a result of buyer’s error, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the refund. So please read the descriptions of the posts carefully before purchasing. We do not want to waste money on shipping.
