113651765080. It has been rumbled to make it smooth (no sharp edges). It fits between the EGR valve housing and the pipe that runs from the housing to the inlet manifold. (See pictures in header pictures). The holes are slotted, so the connecting tube doesn't need to be removed, just loosened, and the plate can be slipped in and the bolts re-tightened. Plus leave the EGR electrics plugged in, so that the ECU can still see it connected. It gives a cleaner pickup at lower revs because it restricts the exhaust gas being recycled.
Will only fit the Euro 5 1.6L 8 valve engine (DV-6C/DV-6DWill also fit's the 1.5 TDCi as it is a sleeved down 1.6L engine) and have a water cooler housing that the EGR valve fit's into (pictured in header pictures). The 2 pictures of the rear of the engine are different as it depends on what car it is fitted in, so the plumbing can be different to be able to fit the engine in the available space.
Will NOT fit the older Euro 3 and 4 engines, Item number111555040241 and the engines
have 16 valve not 8 valve.
